Linda began her career in Real Estate in 1983 when she served as Regional Vice-President of Relocation for over 15 years for the national award-winning relocation division of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage. She left Coldwell Banker to create a relocation division for Yerman Witman and Gaines Realty which merged with Prudential Homesale and has become Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Homesale Realty. Linda has been recognized both locally and nationally as one of the area’s top agents and relocation professionals.
A Baltimore native who has lived in many of the area’s charming neighborhoods, Linda’s expertise extends from the classic rowhomes and new condos in Baltimore City to the vast array of options from historic to new in Baltimore County, the finest waterfront properties in Anne Arundel County, to the lovely newer homes in Howard and Harford Counties. No one knows Baltimore and its surrounding reaches better than Linda. Her years of experience make her an excellent negotiator. Her people skills make her fun to work with.
A firm believer in serving others, Linda is firmly entrenched in the work of the Tocqueville Society and Women’s Executive Committee of the United Way of Central Maryland and with “Kindness is Magic”, a group of women supporting local charities. She is married and currently living in Fells Point. Her son and daughter-in-law made her the delighted grandmother of one very lucky little boy.
