A Fell’s Point resident since 1998, Wendy and her husband Daniel have bought and renovated numerous properties, utilizing her extensive knowledge of resources in lending, renovation, design, and construction. A former President of the Preservation Society for Fell’s Point and Federal Hill, Wendy is truly passionate about historic preservation. Her fascination with all things real estate drives her to explore neighborhoods throughout the city and surrounding counties, staying abreast of community vibes, real estate trends, and developments throughout the region.
Traveling, gardening, cooking and entertaining, hiking, kayaking, and daily swimming are some of Wendy’s interests. She volunteers with the Maryland Medical Reserve Corps and with her rescue dog Lushka with Pets on Wheels. Prior to living in Maryland, Wendy resided in Tennessee, Alaska, Southern California, New Hampshire, and Massachusetts.
